Since 2004 Heart of Florida Via de Cristo has been struggling to continue operation as a Christian leadership and outreach program sponsoring weekend retreats for men and women desiring to deepen their walk with Christ and other Christians. Since 2009 the Secretariat has ceased to meet and various assets have been dispersed. The website has been static until now as I have begun to explore the use of WordPress as a website tool. If you are visiting the site and would like to contribute to a Christ oriented blog I do invite your input. Thank you.
It was difficult to be a part of the closing of Heart of Florida Via de Cristo, but faced with the lack of support and volunteers financially the Secretariat could no longer justify continuing to prep and cancel weekends.
